Robert J. Gillispie, Jr.

Robert J. Gillispie, Jr. concentrates his practice defending litigated matters for self-insured clients and insurance carriers. He has broad experience handling cases involving premises liability, product liability, contract disputes, insurance coverage, construction site accidents, property damage, toxic tort and other general negligence type matters. Mr. Gillispie also has extensive experience representing public entities in matters involving civil rights violations, police liability and other municipal liability claims under the New Jersey Tort Claims Act. He practices at the trial and appellate levels throughout the State of New Jersey in both state and federal courts. Mr. Gillispie earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California. In 1996, he graduated from Rutgers School of Law where he was a member of the prestigious Rutgers Law Review. He worked for State of New Jersey, Division of Law, as a Deputy Attorney General prior to joining Donnelly, Petrycki & Sansone.

Mr. Gillispie is a member of the New Jersey State and the Camden County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the District IV Ethics Committee, encompassing Camden and Gloucester Counties.
