Joshua P. Locke joined the firm in 2009 and in October 2017 became a member and officer of the firm. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware in 2005 and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law—Camden in 2008. Following law school, he served as the law clerk for the Hon. Anthony M. Pugliese in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County vicinage.

Mr. Locke's practice currently encompasses litigation of matters in a wide variety of practice areas, including product liability, toxic torts, construction defect, premises liability, motor vehicle liability and general negligence.

Mr. Locke practices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and also licensed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.
