John V. Petrycki, Jr. has been a Member of the Firm since 2002. His practice is focused on the defense of litigated matters for self-insured clients and insurance carriers in cases involving premises liability, construction site accidents, property damage, construction defect, toxic torts, automobile, general negligence, public entities, civil rights, and constitutional claims. His ability to manage and coordinate complex cases and attention to detail is well-known through the legal community and with our clients.

Mr. Petrycki served on the Supreme Court of New Jersey District IV Ethics Committee and is a member of the New Jersey State and Camden County Bar Associations. He was a Barrister in the Worrell F. Mountain Inn of Court in 2001-02. He has presented seminars to clients and at National Conferences on insurance coverage issues, contractual indemnity claims, verbal threshold issues, and data analytics. He also serves as a private arbitrator of uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.

Mr. Petrycki is a graduate of Gettysburg College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with honors in 1991. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1994 from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Petrycki is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and Supreme Court of the United States.
